The Horn Foundation is sponsoring the 5th Annual Steals & Slides Kick-Ball Tournament to benefit the Clara White Mission and its veteran programs.  Joketra Hall, the founder and organizer has identified homeless veterans to play on the community teams in honor and memory of her father who inspired her to be a community servant and give back.

What’s Happening on Ashley Street and Moncrief Road

February 10, 2023 (Jacksonville, Fl) - Eat Your Yard Jax, a nonprofit edible plant nursery, partnered with White Harvest Farms to plant 200 fruit trees in Jacksonville. Volunteers and members of the community are needed to plant the fruit trees over the next 2 weekends.

Local businesses are signing up for the Steals and Slides: Kicking out Homelessness tournament benefiting the Clara White Mission. This is the 3rd annual kickball tournament hosted by the Horne Foundation to raise money to feed the homeless and educate people about food scarcity issues in Jacksonville.

It was a PINK OUT in Avondale… dozens of women dressed in Barbie pink drink for good in support of the Clara White Mission. More than $600 was raised at the fundraiser.
