The Clara White Mission respects the privacy of its donors. Donor information is not sold, traded, or shared with third parties.
Section 2: Gift Acceptance Policy
The Clara White Mission accepts gifts that align with its mission and reserves the right to decline contributions that do not support organizational values or operational capacity.
Section 3: Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Donor Privacy Commitment
The Clara White Mission (CWM) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of its donors. The organization does not sell, trade, rent, or share donor names, contact information, or personal data with any third party, except as required by law or with a donor’s explicit consent. Donor information is used solely for purposes directly related to processing contributions, providing acknowledgments, and communicating about CWM’s mission and programs.
Donors may opt out of receiving communications from the Clara White Mission at any time by contacting the organization directly
Fundraising Practices
CWM conducts all fundraising activities with honesty, integrity, and transparency. The organization adheres to ethical fundraising practices and ensures that all solicitations accurately describe the organization’s mission, programs, and use of funds. CWM does not engage in misleading appeals or compensation structures that incentivize improper fundraising behavior.
All fundraising activities are governed by written policies and are subject to board oversight to ensure alignment with the Clara White Mission charitable purpose.
Administrative and Program Cost Stewardship
The Clara White Mission is committed to responsible fiscal management and the prudent use of resources. Administrative and fundraising costs are carefully monitored to ensure that the majority of organizational resources directly support mission-driven programs and services. The Board of Directors reviews financial statements, budgets, and expenditures on a regular basis to maintain accountability and effective stewardship.
Transparency and Public Accountability
CWM prioritizes transparency and open communication with clients, students, donors, partners, and the public. Information regarding the organization’s mission, governance, financial practices, and programs is made available upon request and through publicly accessible channels, including the organization’s website.
